Warning Diaspora Jews!

An "Action Alert" from our Enemies, Coming Soon to a Synagogue Near You

We caught wind of the following "action alert" from the other side and feel we must warn the Jewish communities of this threat:

Subject: `stop the killing` campaign at U.S. synagogues
To: nyprotest@lists.riseup.net
Date: Sun, 04 Jan 2009 08:41:02 -0800
Subject: NO MORE DEMOS

No more demos. No more signs, chants, pithy t shirts. No more marches to nowhere.

And DEFINITELY no more emails to Congress, or heart-felt messages to Change.Gov and Obama, begging the conspirators to stop the conspiracy.

We each one of us is responsible - and we each one of us must take action. We cannot rely on Others to do it for us.

Here is an excellent article, with a detailed list of actions we can take, from James Petras: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article21613.htm

I have strongly suggested to many different so-called action groups, that we immediately institute a program of visits to every synagogue in the USA, on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, and rise in each congregation and - in dignified firm and unemotional voices - repeat "STOP THE KILLING"– We need to go in groups of 3-4, to insure that we have 1 person as a defensive shield, and one as a video camera witness, recording everything.

Jews especially should be doing these actions. We will face harsh treatment, and possibly physical attack, but our message must be resolute and continue week after week.

I see no possible legal impediment to this. The public, and certainly Jews- cannot be barred from entry to the services, and it will be extremely hard for the Synagogues to enforce exclusion. If they do, we can speak on the front steps, on the street, in the parking lot.

The Jews of America must be confronted with their clear responsibility- far more than complicity-in the mass murders, occupation, and forced starvation of the people of Palestine.

From the Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF) -

The Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF) is approximately 8 years old as a collective of activists and has operated under the name the "Jewish Internet Defense Force" since the massacre at the Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva in Jerusalem earlier this year. At that point, we created a website and went more public with our activities.

We are also one of the most cutting edge pro-Israel advocacy organizations, presenting constant news and information to our many members and supporters through email, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Myspace, Digg, and other popular areas of the web.

We are a non-violent protest group who share concerns about antisemitic online content, as well as content which promotes terrorism on sites including Facebook, YouTube, Wikipedia, Google Earth, Blogger, and other sites and forums throughout the internet.

The JIDF believes in direct action both to eradicate the problems we face online and to create the publicity that will cause those with the power (companies like Facebook and Google) to take the needed action themselves.

We work to bring together individuals on different fronts, but with similar the goals of Jewish pride, knowledge, and unity, and represent a younger generation of Jewish leaders, a new approach, and a real grassroots effort for change.

We have been featured or were consulted for stories by Israel National News (Arutz Sheva), the Jerusalem Post, Washington Post, HonestReporting, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Telegraph UK, Jewish News Agency - Argentina, NewsRU Israel - Russia, AM 1370 Baltimore, WNWR 1540 Philadelphia, K-Talk Radio 630 Utah, Ha'aretz, GlobalTV Canada, Canadian Jewish News, and in the "Daily Alert" which is prepared for the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs.
