"L'shanah tovah tikatev v'taihatem" (when speaking to men) or "L'shanah tovah tikatevi v'taihatemi" (when speaking to women). Both these longer versions of the traditional Rosh Hashanah greeting mean "May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year".
