Why did Bibi not announce plans to build new communities and prove that Israel has self determination and guts. All we have to answer to is HaShem.

It seems that all the Israeli government does is make empty gestures that simply displays weakness. They respond to obvious exercises perpetrated by others pretending to be friends of Israel to establish or continue control.
Bibi, please begin to expel the Arab enemy from within Israels border.
